About the Role:

Business Development Executive

Key Responsibilities:

● Connect, and engage with potential leads to convert them into long-term business opportunities.

● Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

● Connect with clients for sponsorship opportunities and partnerships.

● Conduct client meetings, presentations, and follow-ups to ensure business growth.

● Maintain and update lead databases, pipelines, and client interactions.

● Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions to clients.

● Meet and exceed business development targets and KPIs.

● Travel as required for client meetings, events, and business opportunities.

Requirements:

● Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).

● Fresh enthusiastic talent is welcomed.

● Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

● Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients.

● Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.

● Open to travel as per business requirements.
