About the Role: We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth. This role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to build rapport with clients, and a willingness to travel for meetings and business development activities. Key Responsibilities: ● Connect, and engage with potential leads to convert them into long-term business opportunities. ● Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. ● Connect with clients for sponsorship opportunities and partnerships. ● Conduct client meetings, presentations, and follow-ups to ensure business growth. ● Maintain and update lead databases, pipelines, and client interactions. ● Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions to clients. ● Meet and exceed business development targets and KPIs. ● Travel as required for client meetings, events, and business opportunities. Requirements: ● Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred). ● Fresh enthusiastic talent is welcomed. ● Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. ● Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients. ● Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently. ● Open to travel as per business requirements.
