About the Role:

Business Development Executive (BDE)

Key Responsibilities:

• Connect, and engage with potential leads to convert them into long-term business opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Connect with clients for sponsorship opportunities and partnerships.
• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and follow-ups to ensure business growth.
• Maintain and update lead databases, pipelines, and client interactions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions to clients.
• Meet and exceed business development targets and KPIs.
• Travel as required for client meetings, events, and business opportunities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• Fresh enthusiastic talent is welcomed.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Open to travel as per business requirements.
