About Us: At Unusual Capital , we are a fast-growing financial advisory and wealth management platform helping individuals and families build long-term wealth through mutual funds, SIPs, insurance, and more. We're looking for a dynamic Sales & Operations Executive who is passionate about financial products and client service. Key Responsibilities: Client Onboarding: Assist new clients in seamless onboarding on our investment platform. Product Explanation: Clearly communicate and explain financial products such as SIPs, mutual funds, SWPs, health insurance, and term insurance. Cold Calling: Reach out to potential leads to generate interest and qualify them for our services. Lead Conversion: Engage with warm and cold leads to drive conversions and close sales. Client Handling: Maintain professional and timely communication with clients to resolve queries and ensure satisfaction. Lead Management: Track and manage all leads (open, closed, follow-up) using Excel and/or CRM tools. Documentation & Reporting: Maintain proper records of daily tasks, leads, conversions, and operational support. Computer Proficiency: Use MS Office (especially Excel), Google Workspace, and internal tools efficiently.
