About Us: Nomiso is a rapidly expanding technology services company that specializes in providing cutting-edge software solutions to businesses worldwide. We are currently in the process of extending our global presence and are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to spearhead our growth initiatives. What You'll Do: As a Business Development Manager at Nomiso, your primary responsibilities will include: - Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the US, Europe, APAC, and Middle East markets. - Selling a range of IT services, software solutions, SaaS products, cloud services, and digital transformation offerings. - Establishing and cultivating strong relationships with C-level executives, decision-makers, and other key stakeholders. - Developing effective strategies to generate leads, present solutions, engage in negotiations, and successfully close deals. - Managing the entire sales process from initial prospecting to final deal closure. - Collaborating closely with delivery, technical, and leadership teams to ensure client satisfaction and project success. - Staying informed about market trends, competitive landscape, and evolving client requirements. What We're Looking For: To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications: - 10 to 12 years of experience in IT Sales and Software Solution Sales on a global scale. - Demonstrated track record of acquiring new clients and surpassing sales targets. - Deep understanding of software services, cloud solutions, SaaS products, and IT consulting services. - Exceptional communication, consultative selling, negotiation, and presentation skills. - Self-motivated individual with a proactive mindset and a strong drive for professional advancement. - Ability to work autonomously while effectively collaborating with internal teams. - Bachelor's degree required (MBA preferred). Nice to Have: In addition, the following qualifications would be beneficial: - Prior experience in selling to clients in the US, Europe, or Middle East regions. - Established network within enterprise organizations or mid-market companies. - Previous involvement with IT services startups or mid-sized enterprises.
