Job Description

Synchronos Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is a leading provider of smart city and smart building solutions, specializing in home automation, audio-visual systems, security systems, and more. With a strong presence in India and strategic partnerships in the UAE, we deliver end-to-end IoT, AV, and security integrations for residential and commercial clients.

Key Responsibilities

- Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong rapport with architects, consultants, interior designers, electrical contractors, and other lead generators.
  • Engage regularly with customers via email, telephone, and site visits to nurture relationships.

- Business Expansion:

  • Leverage existing customer base to cross-sell across verticals: Home Automation, Audio Visual, Home Theater, Security Systems, etc.
  • Source and develop new leads among homeowners, corporate clients, and bulk-project builders.

- Sales Presentations & Demonstrations:

  • Conduct product demonstrations and deliver persuasive presentations to prospective clients.
  • Quickly translate client requirements into detailed quotations and proposals.

- Target Achievement:

  • Own end-to-end sales cycle—from lead generation through order placement to successful execution and payment follow-ups.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets to earn exciting incentives.

- Site Engagement:

  • Visit construction and residential sites to understand client needs firsthand and identify upsell opportunities.

- Follow-up & Execution:

  • Ensure smooth onboarding of new clients and coordinate with operations for timely project delivery.
  • Maintain consistent follow-up to secure orders and payments.

- Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years’ proven experience in B2B sales or business development within building automation, AV, security, or related industries.
  • Established network of Architects, Consultants, Builders, and Interior Designers.
  • Exceptional communication skills in English and fluency in at least one additional local language.
  • Strong presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working independently.
  • Must travel frequently for client/site visits.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
