Role Description

The ideal candidate will have experience in all stages of the sales cycle. They should be confident in building new client relationships and maintaining existing ones. They should have evidence of strong skills and possess good negotiation skills.

Good Experience in staff augmentation and dedicated projects.


Responsibilities

  • As a Sr. Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying new business
  • opportunities, developing relationships with potential clients, and achieving sales targets.
  • You should have a deep understanding of international markets and a proven track record of success in driving sales growth.
  • Your responsibilities will include generating new leads, conducting sales calls and meetings, negotiating and closing deals, and building long-term client relationships.
  • You should also be able to effectively manage a team and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve business goals.




Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in IT Service sales industry
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, and client relationship management
  • Strong understanding of IT outsourcing services, software development, and technology domains
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to analyze market trends and identify new opportunities for growth
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Proficiency in tools such as CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
  • Experience in the technology or software development industry is highly advantageous
