NEXUS Automotive International is managing consolidated sales above 50 billion €.

Mission Summary

Nexus Automotive International is recruiting its first Business Development Manager, India, to establish and grow the group’s presence in this key market. An entrepreneurial, hands-on role involves building operations from the ground up, securing partnerships, and driving growth in close cooperation with Nexus’s global and regional leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive the launch and growth of Nexus India, ensuring alignment with the group’s global and APAC strategy.
• Proactively identify, pursue, and secure business opportunities and partnerships across the market.
• Act as Nexus’s key representative in India, building strong relationships with members, suppliers, and industry stakeholders.
• Set up practical structures, processes, and governance needed to establish a sustainable, long-term presence.

Qualifications

• At least 10 years of proven experience in the Indian automotive aftermarket, with an established professional network.
• Demonstrated track record in business development, partnerships, or commercial leadership.
• Entrepreneurial spirit and capacity to operate autonomously, particularly in a start-up or market-entry context.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
