NEXUS Automotive International is managing consolidated sales above 50 billion €. Mission Summary Nexus Automotive International is recruiting its first Business Development Manager, India, to establish and grow the group’s presence in this key market. An entrepreneurial, hands-on role involves building operations from the ground up, securing partnerships, and driving growth in close cooperation with Nexus’s global and regional leadership. Key Responsibilities Drive the launch and growth of Nexus India, ensuring alignment with the group’s global and APAC strategy. Proactively identify, pursue, and secure business opportunities and partnerships across the market. Act as Nexus’s key representative in India, building strong relationships with members, suppliers, and industry stakeholders. Set up practical structures, processes, and governance needed to establish a sustainable, long-term presence. Qualifications At least 10 years of proven experience in the Indian automotive aftermarket, with an established professional network. Demonstrated track record in business development, partnerships, or commercial leadership. Entrepreneurial spirit and capacity to operate autonomously, particularly in a start-up or market-entry context. Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Why Joining?
