Key Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management:
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners to drivelong-term business growth and customer satisfaction.• Work directly with clients to understand their needs and provide consultativesolutions that align with our product offerings.• Ensure the sales team delivers exceptional service, fostering positive, lastingrelationships throughout the sales process.• Performance Monitoring & Reporting:• Track sales performance metrics and report on progress toward team andorganizational goals.• Regularly assess the sales pipeline, close rates, and key performance indicators toidentify areas for improvement.• Provide senior management with timely and comprehensive sales performancereports, forecasts, and market insights.• Implement continuous improvements to sales processes, tools, and methodologiesto optimize team productivity and success.• Cross-functional Collaboration:• Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, product management, andcustomer success to ensure product positioning and sales strategies are aligned.• Provide feedback to the product team based on customer and market insights,helping to refine the product offering and sales approach.• Sales Process Optimization:• Drive process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the salesprocess.• Implement best practices for sales automation, CRM usage, and reporting tostreamline workflows and improve performance.
