Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in Hyderabad. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, developing strategies to increase sales, and managing the sales team. Day-to-day tasks include market analysis, client meetings, presentations, and overseeing the sales pipeline.

Qualifications

Experience in Business Development, Sales, and Client Relationship Management
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Ability to conduct market research and analyze trends
Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Experience in the education sector is a plus
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
