Business Development Manager (BDM)

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and appoint new dealers, distributors, and channel partners across Bangalore and surrounding regions.
• Develop and implement strategies to expand the dealership network for electronic products.
• Drive new business opportunities by exploring untapped markets and customer segments.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth areas.
• Establish and maintain strong business relationships with key stakeholders and partners.
• Achieve sales and business development targets as per company objectives.
• Negotiate and finalize agreements with dealers and partners.
• Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, and Operations) to ensure dealer success.
• Monitor dealer performance and provide necessary training, support, and motivation.
• Prepare regular reports on business development activities and results.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Electronics, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• 7 to 15 years of experience in business development, dealer/channel management, or sales in the electronics sector.
• Proven track record of successfully developing new dealership networks and achieving growth targets.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle end-to-end business development.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel as required.
