Job Description: Business Development Manager
Timings :10am to 7pm (only Sunday off)
Salary: depends on the experience
1.Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and revenue targets.
2.Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and relationship building.
3.Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
4.Collaborate with internal teams such as credit analysis, and operations to facilitate efficient loan processing and closing.
5.Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes affecting the lending industry.
6.Prepare and present sales proposals, product demonstrations, and financial solutions to prospective clients.
7.Negotiate terms and conditions of loan agreements while ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
8.Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, addressing inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
9.Should have experience of all kinds of loans MSME, SME, CGTMSE,BL, HL, LAP, all type of reatail loans.
10.Mentor and coach junior sales staff, providing guidance and support to enhance their performance and professional development.
11.Should have good contacts with bankers for easy disbursement of loans.
1. Qualifications:
•Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred.
•Minimum of 5 years of experience in loan sales, preferably in a senior or managerial role.
•Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment.
•Strong understanding of financial products, lending practices, and regulatory compliance.
•Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
•Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
