Job Title: Business Development Manager New Dealership Development Location: Bangalore Industry: Electronic Products (TVs, Laptops, Printers, etc.) Experience: 7 to 15 Years Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to spearhead new dealership development and expand our business presence in the electronic products segment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, evaluating, and establishing new dealer networks, driving business growth, and building long-term partnerships. Key Responsibilities: Identify and appoint new dealers, distributors, and channel partners across Bangalore and surrounding regions. Develop and implement strategies to expand the dealership network for electronic products. Drive new business opportunities by exploring untapped markets and customer segments. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth areas. Establish and maintain strong business relationships with key stakeholders and partners. Achieve sales and business development targets as per company objectives. Negotiate and finalize agreements with dealers and partners. Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, and Operations) to ensure dealer success. Monitor dealer performance and provide necessary training, support, and motivation. Prepare regular reports on business development activities and results. Key Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Electronics, or a related field (MBA preferred). 7 to 15 years of experience in business development, dealer/channel management, or sales in the electronics sector. Proven track record of successfully developing new dealership networks and achieving growth targets. Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and handle end-to-end business development. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Willingness to travel as required.
