Who Are We Looking For
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our dynamic team at Nerve Cells AI Pvt Ltd. You should have a passion for technology-driven solutions, a knack for building strong client relationships, and the ability to identify and convert new business opportunities. The ideal candidate is proactive, persuasive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • The Experience required: 2 to 2.5 years
  • The Salary (CTC) offered: 3 to 4,00,000/- Annually, Maximum
  • Minimum Qualification: Bachelor's degree
  • Preferred: Previous similar experience with MBA
What You Will Be Doing
  • Identify potential clients and generate new business leads across targeted industries.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential growth opportunities.
  • Present and promote company services, including IT, Embedded Systems, Defence (Drones & Anti-Drones), and AI solutions, to decision-makers.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and technical teams to develop proposals and close deals.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Attend industry events, exhibitions, and conferences to expand the company’s network.

Bonus Points for Familiarity with
  • SaaS, IT Consultancy, Embedded Systems, IoT, Drone Technology, and AI-based solutions.
  • B2B sales in technology or defence sectors.
  • CRM tools and sales tracking software.
  • Preparing RFPs and proposals for enterprise clients.
  • Experience with international sales or export markets.
Educational Requirement
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
  • MBA or equivalent qualification is a plus.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to multi-task and manage time effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Google Docs, Microsoft Office and other office productivity tools, with aptitude to learn new software and systems.
  • Flexible team player willing to do what it takes to get the job done; adaptable and enjoys a challenge.
Salary
