Job Description

Key Requirements: Minimum 3 years of experience in Business Development within a Recruitment Agency/Firm . Strong focus on Permanent & Executive Search positions . Must be presentable , client-focused , and have excellent communication skills . Role involves regular face-to-face meetings and networking not a desk job. Responsibilities: Identify and develop new business opportunities through: Networking Industry knowledge Personal expertise Existing contacts Proactively initiate contact with potential clients. Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business. Persuade clients to sign exclusive/retainer-based search contracts . Assist clients in formulating job descriptions and contractual requirements . Collaborate with internal research teams to: Match candidates to the role Create and present candidate shortlists Professionally present shortlisted candidates to clients. Candidate Profile: A self-starter with a strong drive for success and new opportunities. Proven track record in business development and sales . Motivated by targets and results . Excellent in verbal, written, and active listening communication. Well-organized , confident, and presentable in client-facing roles.
