Job Description

Job Summary:

acquiring new clients

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and acquire new corporate clients looking for Non-IT staffing solutions (temporary and permanent roles).
Generate leads through cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, networking, referrals, and industry events.
Understand client hiring needs across domains such as Pharma, Biotech, Healthcare, Production, QA/QC, Supply Chain, Sales, HR, Finance, etc.
Pitch staffing and recruitment services tailored to client needs.
Build strong relationships with HR Managers, TA Heads, Procurement teams, and Business Heads.
Prepare customized proposals, service agreements, and pricing strategies.
Negotiate terms, close deals, and ensure successful client onboarding.
Collaborate with internal recruitment teams to ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction.
Track and report on BD metrics leads, pipeline status, closures, and revenue targets.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of staffing trends and competitor activities in the Non-IT space.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree (MBA/PGDM preferred but not mandatory).
2–8 years of proven experience in
Business Development / Sales in staffing or recruitment
, preferably in
Non-IT domains
.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Strong understanding of different industry verticals and job functions.
Ability to work independently, manage targets, and handle multiple accounts.
