Business Development Manager

Identify, approach, and convert schools, builders, architects, and contractors into active customers for Maverick products. Generate new business opportunities through B2B sales, channel partners, and direct institutional outreach. Develop long-term relationships with key clients, ensuring repeat business and client satisfaction. Coordinate with the marketing and operations teams for proposal preparation, product presentations, and project execution follow-up. Conduct site visits, presentations, and product demos as required. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets in the assigned territory. Maintain accurate records of leads, contacts, and sales activities in CRM or reporting systems. Gather market intelligence and competitor updates to help refine sales strategy. Desired Candidate Profile:Experience: 3 years in institutional or B2B sales — preferably in building materials, sports infrastructure, flooring, or construction-related industries. Preferred Background: Experience dealing with school managements, real estate developers, or corporate procurement teams. Proven track record in achieving sales targets and handling end-to-end sales cycles. Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts simultaneously. Willingness to travel across assigned regions.
