Were looking for a motivated Business Development Manager to help grow our IT staffing business. The role involves identifying new client opportunities, building strong relationships, and driving partnerships to connect companies with top IT talent. Youll be responsible for generating leads, managing client accounts, and working closely with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery.
Proven experience in business development, sales, or client relationship management
Strong understanding of IT staffing and talent solutions (mandatory)
Skilled in strategic planning, lead generation, and client engagement
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Ability to build business plans and craft compelling sales pitches
Comfortable working independently and with a team in a hybrid setup
