Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in Delhi.
Attend qualified sales meetings (set up by our telecalling team).
Understand client requirements and pitch the right mix of digital marketing solutions — including Facebook Ads, Google Ads, Websites, and Automation.
Present proposals, handle objections, and close deals confidently.
Search for better prospects on LinkedIn for higher retention value.
Work closely with the operations team to ensure client onboarding and satisfaction.

Maintain sales pipeline, CRM data, and weekly performance reporting

Qualifications

5+ years of proven B2B sales experience
, preferably in a
digital marketing agency, SaaS, IT services, or advertising setup
.
Strong understanding of marketing, branding, or lead generation concepts.
Excellent communication, presentation, and consultative selling skills.
Experience handling inbound leads and conducting virtual or in-person closing meetings.
Goal-oriented mindset — you thrive on hitting and exceeding revenue targets.
