Job Description

Maple Tech Space is an IT consultancy firm based in Canada. MTS was started in 2020 with our Head Office in Ontario, Canada, and offshore offices in India. MTS has strong expertise in IT consulting, Digital Marketing, App Development, and Web services.Maple Tech Space is a product-oriented company with three products running successfully in the Canadian market. Since its launch, it has seen rapid expansion with over 1000 clients in Canada.

Role and Responsibilities

As a BDM , you will drive end-to-end sales and client onboarding:
  1. Cold Calling & Prospecting: Make 60–80 outbound calls per day targeting real estate agents & brokerages in US/Canada.
  2. Pitching & Presentations: Deliver impactful product pitches (websites, CRM, marketing services) and highlight value propositions.
  3. Demo Management: Schedule, conduct, and close demos with prospective clients.
  4. Lead Conversion: Convert qualified leads into paying clients – minimum 15 sign-ups per month expected.
  5. Client Retention: Build strong client relationships, upsell/cross-sell services, and ensure renewals.
  6. CRM Management: Maintain lead pipelines, track all activities, and follow up consistently.
  7. Market Insights: Gather client objections, competitor intelligence, and provide feedback to improve sales strategies.


Requirements

We’re looking for hunters, not farmers. Someone who thrives on targets and is motivated by results.
  1. Experience: 2+ years in outbound sales / business development for US/Canada clients (SaaS or Real Estate experience preferred).
  2. Skills: Strong in cold calling, product pitching, negotiation, and closing deals.


Language Proficiency:
  1. English – Mandatory (spoken & written, excellent communication required).
  2. Knowledge of Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Malayalam, or other regional languages will be considered a plus.
  3. Personality: Aggressive, persuasive, and energetic with excellent convincing power.
  4. Performance: Proven ability to consistently achieve or exceed monthly sales targets.
  5. Tech-Savvy: Familiar with CRM tools, lead management, and virtual demo platforms (Zoom/Meet).
  6. Flexibility: Willingness to work night shifts aligned with North American time zones.
