What this actually means: We have built our own L1 blockchain, and a backend technical structure for protocols and ecosystem to make digital infrastructure efficient, secure and more accessible. Our global products and tools are natively built for web 3.0 world. You will work with teams working on tech products across blockchain, and distributed systems – for a real-world problem solving. We're taking on established paths and conventional wisdom about how the Tech and Internet should work. Underlying principle is to solve the hard problem of protecting user rights, digital intellectual property rights and protection of assets in an age of AI and instant replication. Role: Business Development Manager Location: Noida (WFO)/ 5 days What will you get to do • Conduct targeted cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach to generate qualified leads. • Research and map target markets, identifying key decision-makers within relevant industries. • Pitch product offerings, focusing on the value propositions of Immersive, Metaverse and AR/VR/XR applications. • Maintain and update CRM systems with detailed records of outreach activities and lead progression. • Leverage headhunting techniques to identify and engage strategic partners, collaborators, and clients within Web 3.0 ecosystems. Qualifications • 4+ years of experience in inside sales, outreach, cold calling, and lead generation. • Strong understanding of Blockchain/SAAS/ Immersive/ Metaverse and AR/VR/XR applications preferred. • Proven track record in utilization of social media/ Outreach platforms for Sales. • Experience with CRM tools and sales outreach platforms (HubSpot, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.). • Ability to research and identify prospects in niche, tech-driven industries Cultural Expectations • Thrive in decision making in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment • Exhibit exceptional integrity and reliability on promise delivery • Collaborative and inclusive attitude • Value outcome driven thinking with resource optimization • Understand our reality Hiring Process- 3-4 rounds of interviews with Function, HR & senior leader Show more Show less
