Role Overview
As a Business Development Manager, you will lead efforts to generate new business, manage key client relationships, and drive revenue growth. You will oversee both outbound and inbound strategies, including bidding on platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, and others. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success on these platforms and experience managing a sales pipeline.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead Generation & Bidding: Identify and pursue new business opportunities on Upwork, Freelancer, and similar platforms.
• Proposal Management: Create compelling proposals and bid responses to attract high-value clients.
• Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture long-term relationships with key clients.
• Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute business development strategies, track progress, and manage the sales pipeline.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to align business development efforts with company goals.
Qualifications
• 2-4 years of experience in business development, sales, or client management.
• Proven experience with Upwork, Freelancer, and other bidding platforms.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage client relationships and oversee the sales pipeline.
