The Manager – Business Development (Projects) will drive partnerships with developers and CRM teams to position the organisation as the preferred interior partner in residential projects. This role involves signing revenue share agreements, managing on-ground lead generation, and ensuring timely handover of high-potential leads to the sales team. Strong ties in Real Estate builder/developer network is a must. (MBA or Post-Graduation is a plus.) Experience: • 5–8 years of experience in business development, project sales, or B2B partnership roles. • Proven track record of managing large-scale projects or developer relationships. • Experience in real estate, home automation, architectural lighting, or premium home interior solutions preferred. Technical Skills: • Proficient in using CRM tools, MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint), and project tracking dashboards. • Comfortable understanding architectural drawings and project site stages.
