Role: Business Development Manager (Franchise Sales)

As a BDM, you’ll play a key role in expanding our footprint by identifying and onboarding new franchise partners, while also ensuring seamless support for their operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive

  new franchise acquisition

  across

  Ahmedabad

  and nearby areas within a periphery of 100kms-150Kms
• Handle end-to-end

  franchisee lifecycle

  – from lead generation and onboarding to training and support
• Support partners with

  revenue collection

  and timely supply of Teaching Aid Materials (TAM)
• Keep a close eye on

  market trends, competitor activity, and regional opportunities

• Build and maintain

  strong relationships

  with franchise stakeholders
• Provide regular reports on

  collection, performance

  , and other key business metrics

What We’re Looking For:

• 4–8 years of experience

  in franchise development, preferably in the education or preschool sector
• A solid understanding of the

  preschool or K–12 education market

• Willingness to travel for

  14–18 days/month

  within the region
• Proven ability to

  close deals

  , build lasting business relationships, and manage post-sales support
• Strong communication, collaboration, and reporting skills
