Job Description

Business development Manager - (Mumbai/ Bangalore/ Delhi NCR Market)

Roles and Responsibilities

Develop new business opportunities through
lead generation, prospecting,
and relationship building with key decision-makers at target accounts.
Identify, qualify, and prioritize potential clients across various industries to drive revenue growth.

Visit Clients at their offices, pitch clients through pitch decks, meet TA heads and stakeholders
Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions for clients' needs and ensure successful project execution.
Build strong relationships with existing customers to upsell/cross-sell services and expand market presence.
Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies.

Desired Candidate Profile

10-15 years of experience in B2B Sales
or Corporate Sales in IT Services & Consulting industry/ Recruitment Firms/ Leadership Hiring/ Executive Search
Proven track record of success in generating leads, closing deals, and growing revenue through effective account management skills.
MBA/PGDM degree from a premier institute
