Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales/Business Development professional to manage our private sales operations across Madhya Pradesh and Maharashtra. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in K12 EdTech sales, team management, and market expansion.

Manage and lead the sales team .
Drive business and revenue growth through strategic planning and goal setting.
Research, plan, and implement initiatives to tap new target markets.
Identify and pursue prospective clients in the K-12 EdTech space.
Move leads through the full sales cyclefrom outreach to closure.
Conduct school presentations, workshops, and interactive sessions with students.
Prepare quotes, proposals, and business pitches for prospective clients.
Organize business promotional activities, including market research, media planning, and advertising.
Track competitor activities and market trends to support business decisions.
Ensure timely and high-quality sales reporting and provide insights to leadership.
Manage client discovery calls and establish the first point of contact.
Visit schools, conduct product demos, and close sales deals.
Maintain consistent follow-ups to build a strong sales pipeline.
Identify new leads and convert them through effective pitching.
