Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to customers to inform them about products/services or follow up on inquiries.
  • Answer incoming calls and respond to customer queries politely and professionally.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, customer interactions, and updates in the system.
  • Handle customer complaints or issues and escalate when necessary.
  • Follow call scripts and company procedures during interactions.
  • Meet daily and monthly call targets and performance goals.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Minimum Graduate in any stream.
  • Good verbal communication skills in Hindi and English (regional language is a plus).
  • Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
  • Positive attitude, patience, and customer-focused approach.
  • Freshers are welcome; with good communication training will be provided.
