Job Description

Position Overview

Responsible for end-to-end project coordination including planning, tracking, reporting, and stakeholder communication. Supports senior leadership, manages documentation, and ensures timely execution of project activities across teams.

Key Responsibilities

Consolidate and organize reports and updates from cross-functional teams.
Support project activities related to marketing & corporate communications.
Maintain project documentation, frameworks, and compliance.
Schedule and facilitate meetings; prepare and circulate MOMs.
Summarize project status and insights for senior leadership.
Track project deliverables, timelines, dependencies, and risks.
Prepare project trackers, dashboards, and progress reports.
Liaise with stakeholders to define scope and requirements.
Manage multiple initiatives and ensure timely follow-up and execution.
Maintain records and support project management tools.

Required Skills & Experience

10+ years in project coordination / project management roles.
Experience supporting senior / executive leadership.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and manage tight timelines.
Excellent proficiency in MS Office and project management tools (MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira, etc.).
PMP certification is an added advantage.
