We are an IT Solutions and Talent Services company Specialized in building Product Engineering teams for GCCs and startups and we provide Services like Talent Augmentation, Contract & Permanent Staffing, Bulk Hiring, GCC/Captive Staffing, Capacity Planning. Arise TechGlobal serves clients in India, USA, Europe, and the Middle East, operating from its state-of-the-art offshore development Centre (ODC) and offices located in Hyderabad and Bangalore. 

Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

1. Identify and Pursue Opportunities:

   Research and identify potential clients in the IT industry for both Contract and Permanent staffing and develop strategies to approach and engage them.

2. Client Relationship Management:

   Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their staffing needs and providing tailored solutions.

3. Sales Strategy Development:

   Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market presence.

4. Proposal Development:

   Work with internal teams to create compelling proposals and presentations that address client needs and objectives.

5. Negotiation and Closing:

   Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.

6. Market Analysis:

   Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify new business opportunities.

7. Collaboration:

   Collaborate with recruitment teams to ensure client requirements are met and maintain high levels of client satisfaction.

8. Reporting:

   Track and report on sales activities, pipeline, and performance metrics.

• Extensive experience in business development, sales, and account management within the IT staffing sector, with a solid track record of delivering results.
• Proficient in cultivating and sustaining robust client relationships, ensuring long-term partnerships and mutual success.
• Exemplary negotiation capabilities, consistently securing advantageous terms and closing high-value deals.
• Highly skilled in market analysis, identifying emerging trends, and capitalizing on business opportunities to expand market share.
• Comprehensive understanding of sales methodologies and processes, with a focus on achieving tangible, measurable outcomes.
• Exceptional problem-solving acumen, adept at navigating challenges and implementing innovative solutions that align with strategic objectives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
