Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and result-driven Business Development Manager to expand our businesspresence across domestic and/or international markets. The role involves telesales (telly calling), leadgeneration, converting leads into meetings, and managing the complete sales lifecycle while building strongrelationships with key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in assigned domestic and/or international markets.
  • Conduct telesales/telly calling to prospective clients to introduce company products and services.
  • Generate qualified leads through calling, networking, and market research.
  • Convert leads into meetings, demos, or business discussions with decision-makers.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in government bodies, financial institutions, legal firms, and insurance companies.
  • Pitch company products/services effectively to generate leads and close deals.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and sales pitches to prospective clients.
  • Manage the end-to-end sales cycle from prospecting and lead generation to negotiation and closure.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure solutions are aligned with client requirements.
  • Track follow-ups, maintain sales pipelines, and achieve assigned revenue targets.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven track record in sales, telesales, or business development (any sector).
  • Hands-on experience in lead generation and converting leads into meetings.
  • Experience in either domestic or international markets is mandatory.
  • Excellent communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing abilities.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
