Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in India. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, driving sales growth, and developing strategic business plans. The role involves working closely with the marketing and creative teams to align business strategies with company goals.

Job Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities with brands, agencies, platforms, and collaborators.
• Additionally build and maintain strong relationships with clients, artists, production houses, and event organizers.
• Pitch original content ideas, digital campaigns, branded content formats, talent-driven projects, or event concepts.
• Negotiate and close deals/contracts while ensuring profitability and long-term value.
• Knowledge of a variety of Films/movies will be an added advantage as they can be expressive and proactive.

Qualifications

• Experience in Business Development, Sales Strategy, and Market Analysis
• Strong Client Relationship Management and Customer Service skills
• Excellent Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation skills
• Ability to develop and implement strategic business plans
• Experience in the entertainment or media industry is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
