Industry Experience: Staffing and Recruiting (mandatory)

Job Description:

  • Client Acquisition: Responsible for identifying and onboarding new clients, from lead generation to agreement signings.
  • Gulf Staffing Expertise: Must have experience in Gulf Staffing with a minimum of 1 year of proven success in acquiring Gulf-based clients.
  • Negotiation and Deal Closure: Proficient in negotiating and closing deals effectively.
  • Network Building: Capable of building and maintaining a strong network of relevant stakeholders in the target region.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Identifying New Opportunities: Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities in the Gulf region.
  2. Client Engagement: Drive engagement and build relationships with potential clients.
  3. Closing Deals: Lead negotiations and successfully close business deals.
  4. Network Development: Expand the companys network within the Gulf region, targeting the relevant audience.

Qualifications:

  • At least 1 year of experience in business development or sales in staffing/recruitment.
  • Demonstrated success in client acquisition in Gulf region.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain a professional network in the industry.
  • Proficiency in using social media and job portals for business development.
