Are you passionate about building strong client relationships and driving global business growth? Join our dynamic team as a Business Development Executive (BDE), where you’ll work closely with international clients and contribute to expanding our global footprint.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, prospect, and connect with international clients across multiple industries.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term collaboration.
• Generate leads through LinkedIn, email campaigns, and other B2B platforms.
• Prepare and deliver tailored business proposals and presentations.
• Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to align client needs with service offerings.
• Negotiate contracts and close business deals to meet and exceed sales targets.

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of proven experience in international business development or sales (In IT/Services).
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English (both written and verbal).
• Strong understanding of international markets and client relationship management.
• Proficiency with lead generation tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Upwork, Apollo, etc.) is a plus.
• Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
