Job Description

Business Development Manager-International Business

Key responsibilities:

Develop and execute sales strategies for targeted markets.
Identify, appoint and manage channel partners.
Identify and engage directly with key accounts and projects
Conduct technical sales presentations, product demos, and customer meetings.
Generate new leads across sectors: Oil & Gas, Mining, Power, Steel, Infrastructure, Contractors, EPCs.
Create and manage sales forecasts, visit plans, and market intelligence reports.
Negotiate pricing, contracts, dealer terms and export agreements.
Collaborate with internal teams (Production, Logistics, Quality, Service) to ensure smooth order execution.

What we're looking for:

Applications from people with minimum 5 years of experience in international sales with an established customer/ dealer base in international markets
Strong background in dealer development and channel sales.
Ability to understand and explain technical products
Has thorough understanding of exports related business rules & regulations
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Self-driven, target-oriented, and willing to travel internationally.
