Business Development Manager-International Business

Key responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies for targeted markets.
  • Identify, appoint and manage channel partners.
  • Identify and engage directly with key accounts and projects
  • Conduct technical sales presentations, product demos, and customer meetings.
  • Generate new leads across sectors: Oil & Gas, Mining, Power, Steel, Infrastructure, Contractors, EPCs.
  • Create and manage sales forecasts, visit plans, and market intelligence reports.
  • Negotiate pricing, contracts, dealer terms and export agreements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Production, Logistics, Quality, Service) to ensure smooth order execution.

What we're looking for:

  • Applications from people with minimum 5 years of experience in international sales with an established customer/ dealer base in international markets
  • Strong background in dealer development and channel sales.
  • Ability to understand and explain technical products
  • Has thorough understanding of exports related business rules & regulations
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and willing to travel internationally.
