Job Description Entity Name: FALLP Purpose: To ensure Accessories business target achievement in assigned regions / countries To identify and develop Accessories & Merchandising required for International Markets Planning & Coordination with TVSM IB & FALLP teams for orders, payments, Product development, procurement & dispatch of Accessories Establish robust Planning and Review System across the functions of IB 2. Role Description: Establish and increase A&M business in assigned regions Coordinate with Country Managers for PI confirmation & payment Coordinate with NPD and procurement teams for the fulfilment of materials Coordinate with Country Managers / visit international markets to understand the A&M requirements & develop the same Identification of potential and arrival of annual targets for products and geographies Consolidation of MIS and reports for daily / weekly /monthly reviews and PDCA Coordinate with IB warehouse team for dispatch schedules & load ability and ensure timely movement of materials to factory for onward dispatch Market intelligence and feedback to the company on the trends in A&M Updating and communication of Accessories catalogues Work Location: Hosur(SIPCOT/Denkanikotta Rd)
