Job Summary: We are seeking motivated and results-driven Business Managers to join our growing B2B sales team . As a Business Development Representative (BDR) , you will be responsible for identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, setting up meetings, delivering product demonstrations, converting leads into customers, and contributing to overall pipeline growth. This role is ideal for professionals with strong communication skills, a passion for technology, and a proven ability to close deals in a high-paced sales environment. Key Responsibilities: 1. Product Demonstrations Conduct compelling product demos and presentations for potential clients. Personalize pitches based on the industry, business requirements, and customer pain points. Engage in consultative discussions to understand prospects challenges and business objectives. Utilize qualification frameworks like BANT (Budget, Authority, Need, Timing) to assess lead quality. Clearly communicate product value propositions and benefits to drive interest and engagement. 2. Lead Management, Conversion & Documentation Handle objections, provide relevant responses, and nurture leads through the sales funnel. Drive deal closures and manage complete sales documentation and agreements. Ensure timely payment collection and completion of onboarding handovers. Coordinate with internal Onboarding Teams to ensure seamless post-sale experience and go-live readiness. 3. CRM and Sales Reporting Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in the CRM system . Track and report key sales metrics such as outreach effectiveness, response rates, and conversion ratios. Continuously refine sales processes based on performance insights and data-driven analysis. 4. Cross-functional Collaboration Work closely with Onboarding, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to ensure a smooth transition from sales to implementation. Share market feedback and prospect insights to help shape go-to-market strategies. Qualifications: Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales , CRM tools , and client management . Strong presentation and communication skills. Familiarity with consultative selling techniques and lead qualification methodologies (e.g., BANT). Experience in handling full sales cycles from prospecting to deal closure. Candidates from eCommerce software backgrounds are preferred. Skills Required: B2B Sales SaaS Product Knowledge CRM Tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) Lead Qualification (BANT or similar) Product Demonstration Client Communication Documentation & Payment Follow-up Cross-functional Coordination
