Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat

Role: Business Development Manager (International Student Recruitments)

Company: Bright Minds Ventures LLC-FZ

Compensation: Base Salary + Travel Reimbursement + Performance-Based Commission


Key Responsibilities:

• Student Recruitment: Promote and facilitate student enrollments into higher education programs in Germany by engaging with prospective students across the Philippines and neighboring markets.

• Partner Engagement: Establish and manage partnerships with local education agencies, school counselors, and academic institutions to generate qualified leads.

• Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly enrollment targets.

• Institutional Collaboration: Build alliances with high schools, colleges, and educational organizations to create referral pipelines and awareness campaigns.

• Outreach & Events: Organize and lead outreach activities including info sessions, webinars, school visits, and student seminars to promote study-in-Germany opportunities.

• Student Advising: Provide personalized guidance to students and families on academic programs, application processes, scholarships, and German student visa procedures.

• Performance Monitoring: Track KPls, analyze recruitment data, and adjust strategies to ensure optimal conversion rates and partner performance.


Requirements:

• 1-2 years of proven experience in international student recruitment, education sales, or study abroad consulting, preferably for Germany or other European destinations.

• Strong network and working experience with student recruitment agencies and education partners in the Philippines or Southeast Asia.

• In-depth understanding of higher education systems, particularly German university admissions and visa requirements.

• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.

• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a target-driven environment.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field.
