Requirements: • 1-2 years of proven experience in international student recruitment, education sales, or study abroad consulting, preferably for Germany or other European destinations. • Strong network and working experience with student recruitment agencies and education partners in the Philippines or Southeast Asia. • In-depth understanding of higher education systems, particularly German university admissions and visa requirements. • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills. • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a target-driven environment. • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field.
