Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Noida for a Business Development Manager. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying potential business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and creating strategies to drive revenue growth. Other responsibilities include leading sales negotiations, developing proposals, and analyzing market trends to stay ahead of industry developments. The role will also involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to align business objectives and ensuring client satisfaction at all touchpoints.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills
• Proficient in market analysis, sales strategies, and creating business proposals
• Experience in business development, B2B sales, or related fields
• Strong problem-solving and strategic planning capabilities
• Ability to work independently and in team settings to achieve and exceed targets
• Proficiency with CRM tools and familiarity with data-driven decision-making
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus)
• Prior experience in the HR tech, verification, or technology industry is an advantage
