Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Nagpur for a Business Development Manager. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, negotiating contracts, and developing growth strategies. Day-to-day tasks include conducting market research, participating in business meetings, preparing business proposals, and collaborating with the marketing and sales teams to drive business success.

• Skills in Market Research, Strategic Planning, and Proposal Writing
• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to analyze market trends and data to make informed decisions
