Role Summary

Business Development Manager – Global Fintech Solutions

Key Responsibilities

1. Global Sales & Market Expansion

  • Develop and execute market entry strategies across MENA, Africa, Europe, and Asia-Pacific.
  • Generate, nurture, and convert leads for Finza’s fintech SaaS and enterprise offerings.

2. End-to-End Sales Ownership

  • Manage the complete sales lifecycle: prospecting → pitching → negotiating → contracting → closing.
  • Prepare and deliver customized proposals, demos, and product presentations.

3. Strategic Partnerships

  • Build and manage strong partnerships with:
  • Banks & NBFCs
  • Fintech companies
  • Payment service providers
  • Digital lenders
  • Aggregators & enterprise clients

4. Client Relationship Management

  • Maintain long-term CXO-level relationships across global financial institutions.
  • Collaborate with Product, Compliance, and Tech teams to deliver tailored solutions.

5. Revenue & Performance Management

  • Achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets aligned with the global growth roadmap.
  • Drive profitability through structured deal planning and market intelligence.


Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in

    Business, Finance, Marketing, Technology

    , or related fields.
  • 5–10 years

    of experience in

    Fintech / B2B SaaS / Digital Banking / Enterprise Tech Sales.

  • Proven success in

    international business development

    or

    cross-border enterprise sales.

  • Strong understanding of:
  • Digital Lending Systems
  • Payment Technologies
  • SaaS Architecture
  • Financial Compliance & Regulatory Frameworks
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and executive presentation skills.
  • Ability to operate independently across multiple countries.
  • Strong professional network within the

    banking and fintech ecosystem

    is a major plus.
