Business Development Manager

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager US IT Staffing at GDK Services in Visakhapatnam. Your responsibilities will include new business development, lead generation, account management, sales, and overall business development activities. You will be tasked with identifying and generating new business opportunities within the IT sector, focusing on companies in need of IT talent. Developing and maintaining relationships with senior-level executives and key decision-makers in client organizations will be crucial. Leading the sales cycle, from prospecting to closing new business deals, will also be a key part of your role. Collaborating closely with recruitment teams to understand client needs and deliver tailored staffing solutions will be essential. You will need to analyze market trends and stay up to date with industry demands to provide valuable insights to clients. Negotiating contracts, closing deals, and managing client expectations will also be part of your responsibilities. Tracking and reporting on business development activities, sales pipeline, and revenue growth will be important to monitor the success of your efforts. To be successful in this role, you should have proven experience (3+ years) in IT recruitment, sales, or business development in a staffing/recruitment agency. Strong knowledge of IT roles, technologies, and industry trends will be necessary. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills are required, along with the demonstrated ability to develop and maintain client relationships at all levels. Being self-motivated with a results-driven mindset, possessing strong networking and lead generation skills, and having the ability to work independently and as part of a team are also important qualities.
