Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive growth through Staff Augmentation services, iHUB products, and Square solutions. The role involves identifying business opportunities, managing client relationships, and leading pre-sales efforts for both staffing and product sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Development:

  • Develop and execute strategies to expand iHUB’s presence in

    Staff Augmentation and product sales (iHUB & Square).

  • Identify new opportunities through proactive outreach, networking, and relationship building.
  • Drive

    pre-sales and sales

    activities for iHUB and Square products, aligning solutions with client needs.
  • Identify and target opportunities in

    GCC markets

    and

    US-based clients

    , aligning business development strategies accordingly.
  • Client Management:

  • Build and maintain strong

    client relationships

    , offering tailored staffing and product solutions.
  • Negotiate contracts and ensure alignment with client expectations and company goals.
  • Monitor client satisfaction and identify opportunities for additional services.
  • Manage and grow accounts involving

    US clients

    , ensuring compliance with their expectations and standards.
  • Market & Product Positioning:

  • Conduct

    market analysis

    to identify trends and growth opportunities.
  • Position iHUB’s services and products effectively in the market to highlight competitive advantages.
  • Stay updated on industry trends to capitalize on emerging opportunities.
  • Collaboration & Teamwork:

  • Work with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Lead

    pre-sales efforts, product demos, and collaborate

    with marketing and recruitment teams.
  • Guide and mentor junior team members to foster a high-performance culture.

  • Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
    • 5+ years of experience in business development, focusing on Staff Augmentation and product sales.
    • Mandatory experience handling GCC clients, Staff Augmentation projects, and US clients.
    • Proven track record in meeting sales targets and driving growth.
    • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
    • Experience in IT services, staffing, or tech product sales preferred.
    • Willingness to travel as needed.
