The role involves college-to-college visits, student engagement, and building strong institutional partnerships to drive admissions and enrollments. If you enjoy meeting people, creating opportunities, and working in the education sector, this is the right opportunity for you.---Key ResponsibilitiesVisit colleges and universities to promote our courses.Conduct presentations, seminars, and student counseling sessions.Build and maintain strong relationships with college authorities, faculty, and student groups.Generate leads and achieve monthly/quarterly admission & sales targets.Identify new business opportunities and develop institutional partnerships.Maintain daily visit reports, lead status, and conversion updates.Coordinate with the marketing & sales team for campaigns and follow-ups.---Requirements1–3 years of experience in sales, field marketing, or EdTech/education industry.Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned city/region.Target-driven, self-motivated, and adaptable.Knowledge of the education/edtech sector will be an advantage.---Compensation & Benefits💰 Salary: ₹3.6 – 4.0 LPA (based on experience)🎯 Attractive incentives & travel allowances based on performance.
