Key Responsibilities:

Client Acquisition:

• Proactively identify and target potential clients in the Manufacturing, Engineering, BFSI & IT for recruitment services.

• Develop and execute effective strategies to acquire new business, meeting, and exceeding sales targets.

Market Research:

• Conduct thorough market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.

• Utilize market insights to develop innovative approaches for business expansion.

Proposal Development:

• Prepare and present compelling proposals to clients, showcasing our recruitment services and demonstrating the value we bring.

• Negotiate terms and conditions, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.

Collaboration:

• Work closely with the recruitment team to ensure seamless communication and understanding of client requirements.

• Collaborate with internal departments to enhance service offerings and address client needs effectively.

Sales Reporting:

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, client interactions, and business development efforts.

• Provide regular reports on sales performance and contribute to strategic planning sessions.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Experience 2-5 years.

• Proven track record in business development and sales experience into recruitment industry or Corporate Sales Domain mandatory

• Strong understanding of the recruitment process and industry dynamics.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.

• Results-oriented with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
