Job Description

  • Identify, target, and engage potential clients in the US market to generate new business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive revenue growth and long-term partnerships.
  • Conduct market research to understand client needs, industry trends, and competitor strategies.
  • Present company services and solutions to decision-makers through calls, emails, virtual meetings, and demos.
  • Develop customized proposals and negotiate terms to close deals effectively.
  • Collaborate with internal teams including operations, marketing, and delivery to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery.
  • Maintain a robust sales pipeline and provide accurate forecasts and reports to management.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs consistently.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in B2B sales or business development, preferably for US clients.
  • Experience in outbound sales, cold calling, lead generation, and client acquisition.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote or hybrid work setup.
  • Comfortable working in US time zones.
