Business Development Manager

This is a full-time position for a Business Development Manager located on-site in Pallavaram. As a Business Development Manager, your primary responsibilities will include identifying new business opportunities, developing and maintaining client relationships, managing sales processes, and conducting market research. You will need to possess strong knowledge in Business Development, Sales, and Client Relationship Management. Your role will require excellent communication and negotiation skills to build and maintain partnerships effectively. In addition, you will be expected to have experience in Market Research and Strategic Planning. Collaboration with the marketing team to develop strategies and plans to increase revenue and market share will be a crucial aspect of your role. Therefore, your proficiency in CRM Software and Microsoft Office Suite will be essential for success in this position. To excel in this role, you should be able to work both independently and as part of a team. A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is required. Preferred qualifications include 5+ years of experience in the apparel retail business industry. Your ability to communicate effectively, negotiate skillfully, and present ideas convincingly will be key to your success in this role.,
