Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Manager, based in Mumbai. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and collaborating with internal teams to align on goals and strategies. The role involves market analysis, developing proposals, negotiating contracts, and achieving sales targets while ensuring excellent customer service. The individual will also lead initiatives to expand the company's market presence across diverse industries.

Qualifications

Proven skills in business development, market analysis, and strategic planning
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in managing client relationships and delivering excellent customer support
Ability to meet sales objectives and handle challenging market conditions effectively
Experience in the manufacturing, industrial, or engineering sectors is advantageous
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred
Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools is a plus
Willingness to work on-site in Mumbai and travel as needed
