Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an IT Recruiter, located in Agra. The IT Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and recruiting IT professionals for various technology roles. Daily tasks include identifying the best talent through various channels, conducting interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers to meet staffing needs. The IT Recruiter will also be responsible for building relationships with candidates and maintaining a pipeline of qualified professionals.

Qualifications

• Experience in sourcing, screening, and recruiting IT professionals
• Skills in candidate engagement, building relationships, and maintaining a talent pipeline
• Knowledge of various recruiting channels and techniques
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and within a team
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software is a plus
• Understanding of the technology industry and its staffing needs
